Had been going here for 8+ years. Stopped in to exchange a cartridge that was leaking through the top, cartridge was about 1/3 gone. This was my first time ever coming back with a product for being defective. Was told it was “over half gone” in their opinion and nothing could be done after spending 10s of thousands of dollars over the years and tipping $5 with each purchase. Super friendly staff, and decent product, just don't ever try to return anything defective. – Robin Martin
Absolutely love this dispensaries rosin options! (not to mention a much lower up charge than most stores) Never disappoints! Employees are knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve been to countless great dispos all around the country, Cloud 9 wellness is hands down the best of the best. They seriously have the dankest flower money can buy at the LOWEST prices, with a ton of variety. They have a ton of great concentrates and they keep all of it cold, not just the most expensive stuff. Last but not least the customer service here is better than anywhere business anywhere. You’re treated more like family and not just a customer when you walk in. Not only knowledgeable, but some of the coolest people you will meet working here. Crappy spot. Crappy service, products are nothing special. There's literally five other shops surrounding this one, that are easier to access, way better staff, and products. I don't even know how this place is still in business… – Joy
