I stopped by Rogue Valley Cannabis on Crater Lake Ave recently and was thoroughly impressed. The location is incredibly convenient—easy to find with plenty of hassle-free parking. As soon as you step inside, you're greeted by a great, laid-back atmosphere. The shop is clean, modern, and feels very spacious. A huge shout-out to the staff; they are true professionals. I was welcomed with a smile, and they patiently answered all my questions, helping me find exactly what I needed without any high-pressure sales tactics. It is truly top-notch service that makes you feel like a valued customer. This place is a local gem, and I will definitely be back! – Lottie
I used to love this place! The staff was awesome, they knew their stuff. I’m not sure what happened, but this place is awful now. The products are all the same and have been forever. Super annoying for people like me who like to try new things, but stay loyal to a store. I feel like the current staff doesn’t know nearly as much as the last crew did. I’ve been coming to this store for a long time, and it just seems to me like the management is a huge issue for the company. So honestly, I can’t blame the new employees for their lack of understanding or training. From what I’d overhear from the last crew, they didn’t get much training either. Maybe the store would improve with better training for everyone. I really love this store and I hope these issues can be addressed and fixed for the sake of the regulars who want to feel like regulars. Review of 2023 at Rvc. As of 5-1-24 I live far away. I drive an extra 5 miles or so in order to buy from these folks. 1st they are pet friendly. I always have at least one doggy with me. They just love going there. They get the products I’m after when I ask. They follow through and call me when they are in. They provide a decent discount EVERY time. And sometimes the discounts are huge! They also back their products 100% so if there is any sort of problem , it’s happily replaced! I’ve been smoking daily since 1990 or so. This store carries an excellent variety vs the price. In fact I’m super poor, this place has one of the best discount programs I’ve experienced at a retail dispensary. Btw The budtender named “Heather” has repeatedly went out of her way a few times to make my experience at the store better. As well as to get me products that offer what I feel the best value vs price. Instead of treating me with disdain for being kinda cheap….(I have to be, don’t wanna be) Get your weed here. – Jesse Mrieg
This was an excellent dispensary. They have a great selection of flower, concentrates, and edibles at good prices. The staff is wonderful and friendly. They can guide you in the direction of what you're looking for if you're not sure beforehand. They also have weekend deals, which is awesome. As always, there is no sales tax as well since it's Oregon. It's definitely a place I'll be visiting next time I come up that way – Zac Case
