We moved to Corvallis 5 years ago and tried a few other dispensaries before we walked into High Quality and let me tell you, we will never, ever go anywhere else. I’ve been to a lot of dispensaries and there isn’t another one like HQ. Their crew is truly one of the most knowledgeable I’ve ever encountered and it’s never been about just selling me something and pushing me out the door. They truly care about their customers and treat every person I’ve ever seen in there with interest, respect, kindness, joy and a love of sharing their knowledge about all things cannabis. Icing on the cake is that I’ve shared more laughs with their team than I can count. They have amazing daily and vendor deals and are strongly invested and involved in the community in all sorts of ways. High Quality is just the best! – Kim Whatley
I had a wonderful experience at High Quality and wanted to thank Scout for making my visit so enjoyable. Scout was friendly, knowledgable, and attentive from the time I walked through the door until I left. He didn't just direct me to the same thing most places try to push on you. He took the time to recommend something I hadn't tried before and told me why he thought it would work for me. When someone does that, it doesn't feel like you are just another customer that's being rushed through. I tried Scout's suggestion and I'm loving this new thing! It's not often you meet someone that knows their stuff and points you in the right direction. Scout made my decision easy and I feel comfortable with what I got. Honestly that's what took me from being a one time customer to a regular. High Quality lives up to their name. I have been going to HQ since they opened in 2014 for medical cannabis. 11 years later, I still prefer to shop with them. I do a lot of traveling and have been to a number of dispos all over the country and imho HQ takes the cake for finding the delicate balance of affordability, quality, and excellent customer service. Walking into the shop you immediately feel the high vibes and warm welcoming. The staff is inclusive, knowledgeable, and so so fun! I have to admit that I am a bit of a snob when it comes to the quality of the products I purchase and that is probably the #1 reason I keep coming back, with a close second being the staff. There are ALAWAYS good deals on the daily. I also absolutely LOVE how community oriented they are. I have enjoyed many of the events they put together and its always a family friendly atmosphere. I love this dispensary so much!! I’ve never gone anywhere else im completely loyal. It is the best customer service experience you’ll ever have, everyone is so welcoming and friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere is super cute with plants and twinkle lights, it overall is just inviting. Everyone is super resourceful and takes their time to make sure you’re happy before you leave. I always have a good experience anytime I go into high quality. From the second you walk in the door someone will be there to help you find exactly what you are looking for. Shout out to Jill too.
