First time in the shop, my customer service representative was absolutely outstanding and I really think he should get the $10 bonus regardless of one small issue that had nothing to do with him, but I bought a diamond infused payroll and it was completely just a box full of shattered glass with like the tiny glass fragments all over the damaged pre-roll definitely unspeakable in my opinion due to health concerns. Was welcomed by all staff had a spectacular experience felt welcomed prices were wonderful My only constructive feedback is that have somebody due away grocery check of the goods as they’re being picked to make sure that a customer doesn’t get a very expensive pre-roll covered in broken glass dust – Ben

All of the staff was super friendly and welcoming. I initially had ordered two pre-rolls, unfortunately when I got to the dispensary I realized I was short two dollars. I was only going to be able to get one. Thankfully, the budtender Samantha (Sam) who attended to me, was absolutely amazing. She took her time to explain the rewards program to me, and I was able to leave with the two I was hoping for.
