Staff is very professional and welcoming if it’s ur first time there or if ur a regular. The vibe is on point and never dull in there. They also have decent pricing and good deals once and a while (nick was such a great guy he know what he was talking about ) parking goes all the way back if building and the few times I had gone there it needed a cop directing traffic . – Jenna Taylor
Customer service in this place is about as good as a car with no engine. I’ve been going here for the last 2 years and have been a victim to their price gouging for “premium flower”, Yesterday was it for me. I went in and due to the condition of my ID (it wasn’t bad until the lady bent it more and damn near broke it) I wasn’t able to get in. Not mad at that at all cause doing your job is doing your job, but the fact that my ID has been in the condition it is in for almost a year now and they’ve actually let me in previously was kind of wild. Y’all want great customer service with people who actually care and want your business, I recommend castle leaf in Brighton or for the super late night, new dia in Fenway, both have great pricing and friendly-care about you, staff. Obviously me saying I won’t go back doesn’t affect the business but the reasons I’m not going back hopefully open up eyes for smokers not only price wise but on the customer service aspect as well.
