Ok, i loved trey, loved jordan, now i love arianna!!!! Smyths in lowell really does have the best staff! The guy at the front checking ID's yup you guessed it, love him too. You know people great each other by asking how are you but 9 out of 10 times they dont really care. This crew doesnt make you feel like that! You feel seen by them, you feel like ok cool they really are happy im here. They know their products, they are all so easy to chat it up with and really are some of sweetest people ive met. Collin was an excellent and courteous staff member and very knowledgeable when I ask some questions! I appreciate his knowledge and how attentive he was to what my needs were and in answering my multiple questions! Would definitely recommend him to anyone and I recommend he gets a raise!! Cool place! Staff was competent & knowledgeable at time of pick up (Ashley). Also, I called because I wanted to add to the existing order and inform them that we’d be picking up a day later – the staff member who answered my call took the time to walk me thru the process to ensure a quick and seamless transaction at time of pick up. Overall, it was a great experience. I should add; their pricing is amazing for the potency of flower we got. Worth the trip!
