I go to green city once a week but I had such a great experience with Ashley today. Unfortunately I bought 2 disposable vapes and got in my car to realize they did not work. Ashley gave me no issue about the defective vapes and helped me resolve the issue. Although it took a while she was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding through the whole process. Never made me feel like an inconvenience even while the store was busy. They genuinely took the time to make sure everything was fully resolved before I left. I really appreciated how determined she was to make sure I was satisfied and taken care of. Amazing customer service and such a positive attitude~ thank you , see you next week !!
