1st time here, Mike met me at the front desk and he was friendly, talkative, attentive, empathetic and funny! He was a great first impression. He listened to a little of my back story with total empathy, even at 7:45 when they were closing in 15 minutes. You would’ve thought I was his first and only customer that day. Once my order was ready, he quickly got me back to Alex, his coworker, who was sweet and informative. I dreaded going inside anywhere bc of a full on migraine, but they made me feel light, respected, and highly taken care of. I was told of all the promotions that were available, and how often they were generally turned over. I can’t say enough- great prices, even better employees. Rise isn’t like any other dispensary, they have the best deals, top tier quality products, and my personal favorite aspect; the amazing vibes from the people that run it. Qiana, Victoria, Andrew, Damiko, and so many others here that make this rise location the place I go out of my way to visit. They’ve held doors for me, ask me how my day is, they give me detailed information on the products I purchase, I feel like they go out of their way to make me smile. It is so nice to feel genuinely cared about in places that can sometimes feel transactional. This is without a doubt my favorite dispensary. – Chrissy
