I couldn't give them 0 stars I ordered delivery on Monday I ended up paying $166.25 for a 1/2oz their card reader took my money said the payment wasn't processed. I gave them cash. He told me to wait for my bank to refund it and if they didnt to call the store. My bank didnt refund my money so I called the store. The person that answered said they needed to get their manager didnt put me on hold so I heard him telling his manager it was the customer with the delivery order she replied oh my god with an attitude and then the hold music came on for 30 seconds then she gets on the phone. Says she's helping with my problem. Does NOT help with the problem. She kept repeating the same thing over and over like I didnt understand in the beginning. Overall their customer service and people skills are horrible. This was my first time buying and it will DEFINITELY be my last I DO NOT recommend this store. – Doretha Mills
