Went in yesterday. Get some product. Informed the person that the product I got previously melted and was all over the container including the top of the container and on the outside of the container. She told me if that ever happens again, all I have to do is go back with the container, preferably immediately and they'll do an exchange. So I get my product go out to the vehicle, and open it up and lo and behold, It's about the same as the previous product. I walk inside, show it to her and she seems to agree with me. But there was a gentleman there who was like nah, not bad enough. I argued a little bit with him, to no avail. I walked out knowing that I am not going to return to any of your stores. Plus with the 14% tax, I might just go back and see my buddy again. – JT Rienaldt
