I will say I’ve been coming here for years, but the customer service is not what it used to be. Just waited on hold for seven minutes to try to see if I had any points only to get disconnected and then when I called back, the gentleman told me that he is too busy with another rush and I’ll have to just call back. So now I’m gonna drive an hour and a half from Kittery to the location so I can go ask about my points so that I can go to the bank and get money afterwards.
