I walk into mystique of Maine on a weekly basis and sometimes more on Center Street in Auburn. I have always been greeted with the utmost respect and some of the most exceptional customer service skills ever by a very professional lady named Melissa. She worked at the Minot Avenue location as well. You can tell that this woman loves her job from the inside out. She goes above and beyond with any questions I may have and always make sure to completely answer and satisfy my every need. Every time I walk through that door and she is there she's very pleasant, she brings a calming aora around her, very knowledgeable and puts a lot of smiles on people's faces. No matter what location she's been at she has always kept that shop looking presentable and similar to a medical office atmosphere, because it's so clean. Other days I go in there and I can't even believe it's the same shop and I'll instantly look around and she won't be there. I can always tell when she is not present as it's not the same atmosphere and not as welcoming. She brings out the best in the company and has since the day they open their doors here in Auburn. If you want exceptional service, someone that not only knows and has the knowledge to pass on about the different things that they sell and carry, please do not hesitate and stop into the boutique! Melissa will have you smiling from ear to ear, making you feel the most welcome than any shop around and will also supply you and help guide you with anything you may need. I called yesterday and was informed that the blqck friday sale was going on still today and drove over an hour out of the way to be told the sale is in fact not atill going and was told id have to pay double very upset wasted 2 hours of time and gas for nothing very disapointed. – Reid Banton
