I’ve been a loyal customer at Firestorm since they opened. After spending HUNDREDS of dollars on edibles, flowers, concentrates …. they failed to stand by the products they sell by refusing me a refund for a defective vape pen sold to me. They wouldn’t even switch out my pen for a new one! So now I have a full cart, and a pen that does not work. I went to BROTHERS CANNABIS in Bangor Maine and explained the situation. They gave me a FREE vape pen for the trouble, and had a much larger variety of cannabis to choose from at a much lower price compared to Firestorm. I will be bringing my business to Brothers Cannabis from now on, and will be recommending my friends and family to redirect their business to Brothers Cannabis also. It’s a shame Firestorm is willing to treat loyal customers so poorly over such a small cost of a vape pen. Truly disappointing. – Lydia Short
