Pretty much ripped me off. Was told by an employee last time I came that my next order of pre rolls would be free because of my reward points. Made the order online, and it said I’d only have to pay $1 for the papers and the pre rolls would be free. When I came to pick it up, an employee told me it was still $12 and that my rewards only covered the tax. Pre rolls were $10 and the papers were only $1. I hadnt been here before but will def return. Great price on utopia brand wax and strain specific utopia brand edibles. Terpenes and COA basically on the box. Im looking for specific terp profiles and one of the few extractors keeping humulene in their runs. Had to try all the OGs. Love the wax, love the edibles. It’s bad when you do like the location and some of the workers are great until you run into the one that’s always dry like they don’t want to wait on you or assist they barely want to tell you about the product you are purchasing. It’s always one in the bunch that spoils it and make it where you take your money elsewhere all due to that one person that you have given a chance more than once and each time they show no customer service. The bad thing is when I walked up to the counter I asked for what I wanted and the bud tender says” your in luck this is the last one of the 60.00 oz of small buds so he scans the product and mysteriously it’s not in the system so he says “ well you can’t get it “. I’m like if it’s the last one then apparently they have been scanning to purchase so what is the problem? Needless to say I left with out any bid and had to find somewhere else – Danilia
I asked for top shelf indica, as I don’t mind paying for quality. There were not 1 but 2 employees that recommended the product I purchased. Unfortunately, it was horrible, not even a buzzz. Got more from the backwoods they were rolled in. I’ve been to a few dispensaries and I was excited about this one. But it just seems like they’re masking bad product with location aesthetic. – aiesha garrett
