It’s bad when you do like the location and some of the workers are great until you run into the one that’s always dry like they don’t want to wait on you or assist they barely want to tell you about the product you are purchasing. It’s always one in the bunch that spoils it and make it where you take your money elsewhere all due to that one person that you have given a chance more than once and each time they show no customer service. The bad thing is when I walked up to the counter I asked for what I wanted and the bud tender says” your in luck this is the last one of the 60.00 oz of small buds so he scans the product and mysteriously it’s not in the system so he says “ well you can’t get it “. I’m like if it’s the last one then apparently they have been scanning to purchase so what is the problem? Needless to say I left with out any bid and had to find somewhere else – Danilia
It’s just convenient. Their house brand isn’t the best quality – some cultivars are very dry and tastes like dirt. Other brands (very few) are way overpriced. You can get them for nearly half the price at other dispensaries. They are simply located closest to my home. If I had better and more accesible options, I wouldn’t patronize this dispo. The service is always amazing and the people working are cool, but those products are hit or miss with more misses that hits. – Mary Jane

This is the BEST dispensary in the metro Detroit area, hands down. I’ve smoked cannabis in 6 different countries and 7 states. This is one of my all time favorite dispensaries in the world with my only bias being proximity. Utopia has maintained high quality for as long as they’ve been open. The only other area in southeast Michigan with similar quality would be at certain dispensaries in Ann Arbor. They’re friendly and easy going – sometimes my anxiety is bad and I can go in without pressure. The value for quality is extremely high. Their prerolls are my favorite. – M N
This is by far my favorite dispensary in the Detroit area. They have awesome specials and the staff is very helpful. They aren’t very friendly though and sometimes a little impatient however, the deals that they give at this location makes me overlook that fact. – Melanie Ward
