Haven't been able to redeem rewards points in 6+ months. Go to the website today and I'm able to log in and see that I have over 900 points available / $35 off. Go to the store and get told I cannot use the points that I have literally on my phone screen in front of me. Reason? Oh, I wasn't given one – just "not ready for them". By far one of the worst dispos I have ever visited, I didn’t even purchase anything because they pushed their brand flower Kutz and it all smelled of mold, like it was sprayed with something to dry it faster. Had a person talking to me, I think she was the manager, taller, slightly heavier longer hair, can’t remember her name, but she didn’t know much about products. It seemed the others were too focused on their phones, or talking about their personal lives and drama. I heard about this place from my friend, I won’t name drop him, but, he was completely wrong about it here. There was no fun vibe, there was no excitement or funny budtenders. Just a normal dispensary playing terrible trap music. I will never return. – Jim M
