Shopped at GRAMZ this afternoon, first time customer place was clean & everyone was friendly. I had budtender Erica she was polite & knowledgeable of products. Usually dont have a problem with this place but today they sucked. Gave my wife the wrong strain that was top shelf and dry as hell. Called and they say there's nothing they can do. How about teach your bud tenders to pay attention and take care of your repeat customers. I'll go back to Rush where they treat their customers right. – Mike Bates
