Rush Hazel Park is the best! Great prices.. great product… great people. I always hope Donovan is there because he knows exactly what I want and like. Was having an issue with the cartridges I bought the team went above and beyond and sent me home with good carts and an additional 2 of higher quality for having to come back up and just incase the others started giving me problems too. Truly was just happy leaving with the good cartridges and they truly went above and beyond. I can’t remember her name but it was Saturday and she had blonde hair and a pink hoodie. Do not shop at this location!!! I spend more than a grand here every month , anytime I walk in that location i drop big money. I usually deal with a manager named Rich, I purchase about 50 live rosin vape cartridges at a time I smoke them everyday until I run out, this time out of the 50 or so I purchased there were about 7 of them that did not work, I did what I have been doing for the last year and a half and brought them in to exchange for working ones while also purchasing about another grand worth of product, to my surprise they refused to exchange or credit me for any of the defaulted vape cartridges. McKenzie, who was the manager on duty the day Rich is off gave me nothing but attitude and snarky looks and was absolutely no help and was very hostile and I couldn’t understand why because I’ve done this every single time where if a cartridge didn’t work I would bring it back and switch it for a working one as a matter of fact, Rich was the one to tell me if I ever had a problem that I should just simply bring them back and exchange them without any issues instead of trying to figure out a solution, McKenzie called Rich put him on speaker in front of the whole store I felt embarrassed by the way Rich was talking to me and was offering no help at all, so due to this unfortunate interaction, I will no longer be shopping at this location. Smooth as can be checking in and budtender was gracious and accommodating. My problem is with the product itself, and its degradation to something less than what it’s supposed tobe , that is shatter. As the photos show what I received was half melted and the other half consisted of tiny fragments. In other words not even close to resembling what shatter is supposed to be. I include another photo showing date of testing of 5/2024. So a year and a half before I bought it. Despite the positives in this experience, the most important part of it (spending my money for herb) was the worst part of it. How can you charge for shit like this? – G Smith
I absolutely love the vibe from the minute I walked in. Front desk staff was really friendly and helpful for my first visit! She made sure I downloaded the their app. and she gave me the run down on specials, discounts and recommended products. Approaching inside the store area they were super busy and all 3 cashiers recognized I was there and said Hi, the store is beautifully lit up, their super organized and have everything and anything you can think of. Very, clean, organized and approaches customers and got to me right away . They don’t keep anyone waiting in there. The environment is really cool!
