LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! IF you haven’t stopped by, you’re truly missing out on this gem. Very clean and friendly environment, bud tender was very knowledgeable and patient as it was my first time. They had a wide variety of high quality bud. I’m making this review a week later after I’ve tried all my goodies. Essence is honestly one of the nicest dispensaries I have been to. The service was exceptional🫶. I was greeted by very lively people. I was helped through the whole process ( even getting a new item to try felt harmless ) I really loved the layout of the store. I will most certainly come back. Essence was a great experience. I was just in town for a week, and they really took care of me! With the new customer discount, and they have genuine care about you and what you’re looking for. Meh. I tried them out for the first time. Front desk staff were welcoming and security was as well. Options were underwhelming. The lady who assisted me was mehhhh. She didn't go above and beyond. She didn't know much about the product I was asking for. Kept recommending things that I specifically stated I was not interested in. Didn't offer any specials or deals and then at the last minute tells me I get a free 8th for being a first time customer. Also threw in a pre-roll that was harvested in 2024, that kind of threw me off. Won't be back. Not typically the type to review something based on this type of experience but I was thoroughly disappointed due to driving out of my way to come. I'm a loyal customer when I feel the loyalty is warranted. – Nathalee S.
