stopped in today and had Lo as my budtender. she was really knowledgeable about everything in the store, she took her time to show me several strains until I found one that I liked. Dispo is a really nice dispensary. it's small, and things are packed tight, but they have everything you'll need, and then some. thanks to Lo and her customer service, I will definitely stop back by. – Geary Hanson

I came into your establishment, expecting a good abnosphere. The receptionist at the front counter was very, very, very rude.n Then I proceeded to the back to the budtenders. I do not remember the names of each person that I encountered in your establishment. But the reception isn T made me think twice about staying there instead of staying there to get my product. I left do to her attitude. All because there was 2 Bud tenders working at the time not my fault. They don't have enough employees to take care of your customers with that being said. I will no longer be coming there.n And many of my friends That turned me on to this place have had several problems as well.They will no longer be coming back.There's plenty of this dispensaries out there that I can go to and treated with more respect than I did when I came there , I was all hyped about everything I was told from my friend's that Came there i was told ita good place well not in my eyes ALL BECAUSE OF THE RECEPTIONIST OR THE LADY IN THE FRONT DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO GREET PEOPLE with respect Good luck with new customers as I will let everyone know not to shop hear UP DATE ON MY VISIT AS OF 1/6/26 I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL REGARDING MY VISIT AND MY REVIEW THAT I LEFT ON GOOGLE, THE MANAGER THAT CALLED ME WAS REAL POLITE AND VERY APOLOGETIC FOR THE WAY THAT I WAS TREATED WHEN I CAME THERE AS OF TODAY. I WAS GREETED WITH VERY PROFESSIONALISM, THE RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY POLITE. THAT'S WHAT I LOOK FOR WHEN I COME INTO AN ESTABLISHMENT, MY BUDTENDER WENT FAR AND BEYOND TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT FOR ME, CAN'T REMEMBER THE GENTLEMAN'S NAME. AND THE BLONDE FEMALE" sorry " THAT WAS WORKING NEXT TO HIM WAS ALSO VERY CONCERNED AND POLITE TO ME FOR WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO ME IN THE PAST.I GOT GOOD PRODUCT AND I WAS TREATED WITH RESPECT , THANK YOU TO THE MANAGEMENT AND THE BUD TENDERS TODAY THEY REDEEMED THEIR SELVES. – Dan Yarbrough

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sammy was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient throughout my visit. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, explained the different options clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with my purchase. His customer service was outstanding, and it’s obvious he genuinely cares about helping customers find the right products. The experience was smooth, professional, and enjoyable. Placed a online order and came in as a first time customer. Gal at the front was really nice and said make sure you tell them its your first time. Notsure of the guys name that "helped" me but When I mentioned it was my first time he said "so are you trying to get the matching price up to 200 or what are you trying to do here because your stuff is already discounted and you cant get the match." I explained i was just told to tell you it was my first time. He then said "oh, well I can give you a pre roll and edible." Okay thats fine. Then he tried not giving me the edible just the pre roll. When I asked about the edible I was told "I guess I can give it to you" ummmm you offered that!! It was such a odd and honestly unprofessional experience. I only gave 2 stars because the prices were decent. My experience at Gramz was so much better and they are only around the block from Dispo. – Deanna Pulliam
