Very disappointed in Pleasantrees to be honest. Once a very regular customer because of quality and price, however not anymore. The weed is very harsh to smoke and also very old. Horrible combination. To top it all, you'll be charged 40 dollars plus for weed that's not even fresh as the board states it is. This place has no deals for customers and replaced the people that made the store worth shopping. The rewards tier has changed and its horrible. My sign should've been the empty parking lot, but never again. What I spent with them, could've got me 2 eighths fresh from somewhere else. You guys really should be ashamed. – Rita H
2 stars – Concerning quality drop Purchased an ounce of Compound Z. Harvested 10/10/25. Issue: Nobody should have sold me this product. *****Product is extremely dry – crumbles between my hands without a grinder. Feels so old I was wondering if it was actually cured in the 80s. Budtender just let me smell it, didn't break a nug to show me. He knew it was dry. Burns throat, makes you cough. Have to smoke much more to get any effect – the concentration/potency they advertise is bullshit when the product is this old. Complete waste of money. Very disappointed – this is so inconsistent with what I bought here at Christmas for the same price. This was purchased the first week of January. ****Bigger concern: Is this the new trend now that taxes went up? Lower quality at the same prices? Is this what we're supposed to expect going forward? ***Missing: QR code for terpene profiles like other Pleasantrees locations have. Pleasantrees really lives up to the name. The staff is knowledgeable, welcoming, and always willing to answer questions without rushing you. The store is clean, organized, and has a great selection of products at fair prices. I always feel like I’m getting quality here. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a positive cannabis shopping experience. – Jason Conover
I hate to even write this because I don’t even shop here frequently and from my past experience like 2-3 months ago it was alright, no complaints but TODAY. I am writing to formally bring to your attention an incident that occurred with Jonah on 09/17/2025 while I was a customer at your business. During our interaction, he made comments that were unprofessional and left me feeling uncomfortable and unfairly singled out. Specifically, Jonah referenced a past issue in a manner that seemed more like a reprimand than an attempt to protect company policies, which was not the impression I received. This made me feel targeted rather than respected as a customer. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with professionalism and courtesy which I got from the owner and from the young lady working there with him but not this time from Jonah he was fed up after I didn’t have the extra 2.50 for the atm fee and called my friends to send me 2.50, I even asked a fellow customer who was polite enough to help me, I even gave the guy back his money after not being able to use it because it was cash and not on my card. I’m always learning new things when it comes to dispensaries, I do not consume often so I don’t know the ins and outs. This type of behavior affects my experience and reflects poorly on the business. I respectfully request that this matter be addressed promptly. Please confirm that this complaint will be documented and let me know the steps that will be taken to prevent similar situations in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
