I used to be a longtime customer, but after all the terrible recent visits, I’m done. There has consistently been low inventory on accessible brands like Raw Garden and Floracal. Other places I go to are able to restock, and I would literally come back here multiple times hoping they’d finally have product — still nothing. They don’t answer the phone. The guards are basically reception, don’t know the products, put you on hold, and never come back. It honestly feels like you’re getting the runaround when I ask them directly. Honestly, if I were the budtender I would ignore the phone calls too, if it meant I was missing out on a customer in person that may tip. Let’s face it they kinda live off of tips. I was over it and finally got a real answer from one of the homie budtenders — one of the few good ones they still have left. Side note: they fired at least three of my favorite people, which probably explains the longer wait times now. From what I’ve heard, vendors aren’t being paid, money is being mismanaged on empty warehouses and other failing dispensaries, and even staff checks have bounced at times. It’s wild. It’s just sad. This used to be an amazing store with genuine staff, and now it feels like it’s crumbling because of incompetent ownership. I kept giving it chances, but at this point I’m done. I used to be a regular who went here constantly because of their great promotions and prices, but lately they're completely different. I went in on the first Saturday which happened to also be my birthday, to get a promotional bag and a free pre-roll. The manager, who is yhe most rude people I've ever experienced in customer service, did not like that I called her rude to her face. She chose this moment to kick me out when I wasn't at all aggressive. There's much better dispensaries out there, don't bother. It's sad that I'll never come back because of person, but since she's the manager they'll never hold her accountable. Just avoid the nonsense. – Jacob Hogan

I'm so disappointed and never coming back. I've been coming here for many years but lately it's been worse and worse. On first Saturday i waited 45 minutes in line for discounts that weren’t worth it. seems like lately they're always out of something and multiple times I have seen this newer lady being rude. And I think I overheard her say she's the manager which makes it worse! Take your money elsewhere if you don't want to leave disappointed like I did… – jason k

I usually like this place because it's fast and they have brands I like but don't come on a Saturday unless you wanna wait 30 minutes to an hour I usually come on my lunch break but I can't on Saturday's so keep that in mind also the line will go out the building so probably dont go when its raining either, other than that the place is cool – supersaiyantech9

Don't waste your time coming here. They're understaffed so the wait times are high and this new lady is so rude. i Think she's the manager with brown hair and glasses. Toastys down the street is far better. – brooke s
