Embarc Dispensary

I picked up an online order and went home, turns out there's nothing inside the vape Box. Fine, so I drive the 20 mins back to Embarc to tell them Everything so far is just an honest mistake, whatever it happens, but here's where they rubbed me the wrong way. I go inside, the lady with blue hair is nice, but she's unsure how to handle the situation so she gets someone else. This person was very dismissive of my situation I was cordial the entire time, didn't even complain. Just stuck to the facts. Picked up an online order, went home and found vape box empty. Tell me why I get attitude like I'm lying and running a scam. Do I need to yell and shout to be believed? Because I was nice about it, I get treated like a thief? Not even a, sorry for our mistake from him. Just silence, and weird looks as he begrudgingly gives me the product I paid for. He seemed more annoyed than I was, and I had to drive an extra 50 minutes round-trip Shop at Zen Garden across the street, much better prices (plus they mark price post tax). They also don't make you feel like an asshole for their own mistake. – Daniel Barrero

The rest are good. But in multiple occasions they did not let customers in before their formal closing hours. It was around 8:45pm I arrived at the store but the security guards didn’t allow me and around 10 more other customers inside and called it store closed. I was not the only one saying “it’s not 9pm yet” but the security guards did not even went to their supervisor “if they had one”. If it had been only me and only one time happening, I wouldn’t post such a complaining review here. Fortunately there was another dispensary near by and I could make it there before 9pm and was able to get what I needed. I prefer not to go to this store anymore. I have been going to this store for more than a year but the unprofessional behavior of them made me stop going there. Thanks – Elyas

The environment was super welcoming and the bud tender Anthony was really really helpful. He knew the perfect product for me once I told him what I was looking for. Really good attitude as well. I loved the product I got as well as a great price. Over all a 10/10 experience and I definitely will be back – Leon Anderson

Brian helped me out very fast. If I wasn't talking about a concert, the transaction itself took less than a minute. All you have to do is order for pick up online. He was clear about questions I had too. Thanks for being quick and clear especially when I'm on the go to the city ✌🏽💚 – ruby

From my initial entrance as a 1st timer, I was greeted and made to feel welcome. The young lady at the front was pleasant and explained the process to me. Once inside I spoke with Antonio about my wants. He was extremely knowledgeable and able to assist and recommend certain products that he was aware of to possibly assist me. It appears he is continuously trying to garner his personal knowledge to help others. I'll try a few others, to get a feel of the industry, but I am quite sure I will be returning here in the near future. 1st impressions are important and this was high on the spectrum of positivity!! – C M
