Korina R. she was great. Explanation of each product all while listening to my opinions and concerns. Which is the best. How and why they burn. Why and how they clog and what to do what not to do. Met all the needs of a great salesmen and customer service to myself as a customer. Even offered me a job and told me how she learned everything and even still giving advice and growth to myself as a customer to further both of our knowledge. – Cody Blackburn

I am sad to say but I will not be back to this location. I just left from there and as I came out and sat down to order my Lyft your security guard insulted me I'm assuming because I did not speak to or flirt with him as I saw that he was like that with every female that left or walked in. As you can see on your cameras my head was down on my phone the whole time as I ordered my Lyft and that security guard walked up to me and made a comment about oh they must have gotten something with your order wrong and obviously I looked up confused cause I didn't know why he said that. I never said anything, my head was down and my focus was in my phone. When I asked him what did he mean I'm just getting my Lyft because I'm still lost as to why he made that comment. He then turned to the check in and said see it's the heat. This heat has people having attitudes or something to that affect. I thought for a moment he was joking because I barely got out a sentence and I was rather quiet as I spoke because his demeanor as he walked up on me was already scary and caught me off guard. I kept my head down and he went outside. Still confused I asked the checkin lady what was that about? By this time I'm nervous now and feeling scared cause I'm just like what the hell just happened and the check in lady was even like yeah I don't know what that was it's his first day here. She then assured me it was ok and safe to wait inside for my Lyft but when the security kept looking at me and getting on his phone I no longer felt safe to wait and just went to Petco and five below to wait for my Lyft instead. I'm still a.but in shock because I have never had that kind of experience before and that security seemed like he was itching for a confrontation and when I didn't give him one that seemed to piss him off more. I really felt like he was going to do something to me. I will not be back if that's the type of security you guys are going to have now. *I've noticed for the last year this has been the treatment from a lot of places now and it's so scary. It makes you just want to stay in the house and not spend money at all. Just stay in your bubble. – Cortical Priority31

Unable to deliver my order AGAIN. This time they cut off orders early. Mine was already placed. Had to drive to store. The order wasn’t ready. Bullsnot excuse for poor service. The Kola brand bud is old and poor quality. Basically they swept the floor and sold it to kolas as brand. Like cheap tea. Way too many cannabis shops to deal with sketchy website, sketch delivery and bunk quality. See pictures of my pre roll. – Michael and Jessica Hicks
