KOLAS on florin road Perkins was super awesome. Jonathan B really helped select a product that would help with my chronic pain I’m in. The one star is in regards to the decision of the regional and or district manager who thought it was a great idea to seal up the window where you used to check in at which made it a nice friendly environment. But now you walk in to a completely sealed room with an employee standing or sitting on a stool at a kiosk in the corner which limits the space in an already smallish waiting room. Not very welcoming if you ask me nor did any of the customers including myself who were there at the time, definitely did not like the very shoddy drywall job to cover up the old window. – K H

Security guard is a super creep looking inside everyone’s car and inserting himself in business that is not his. Becoming here three years with no issue, but I won’t return. That guard and whoever manages this place needs to brush up on what the laws are before they run their judgemental mouth at customers again. – Amy Afoa
