I want to give a big shout-out to Jeremy and Jonathan at Kolas for helping me out. I had an issue with a Jetty rosin cartridge that tasted burnt, and they kindly replaced it with another one. I’ve also had a great experience with another staff member last Tuesday I forgot her name, but she was incredibly helpful. I’ve always had great experiences with Kolas thank you so much! – Danny E

Vinnie was great. I love the older lady who’s at the front door. She’s so nice. We talked about our cats last time. And then she also told me about another lady who had a cat and then we talked about our cats cause she happen to be our checkout person like a fun person and like honestly I love that cool loss. Great selection of varied products. Best part was easily the budtender that attended me Itzel M. She was very welcoming, and helped me find exactly the products I was looking for, and offered excellent suggestions on new ones I hadn’t tried before.
