I truly enjoy this location. They often have great deals on a weekly basis . Their Wyld 5 for 20 sale Is definitely worth it. Their staff is pretty friendly. I often go there when Dakota is working. I came in today and I was refused service. FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE!! First a lady greeted me, and then she took my ID and after looking at it said she would be right back. The other cashier then shone a light on my ID and came back to me and said he couldn't sell me anything. When I asked why he said that my ID was fake!!!!!! It absolutely is not!!! I informed him that it was not and that I have an account and come here often… He ignored me and helped the man that came into the store behind me… Clearly they do not know how to check IDs. He does not know how to properly check, even using a black light. They need retraining and the customer service was horrendous! I cannot believe he just ignored me… Not sure if the staff are partaking too much on the floor or what, but I am still flabbergasted and will never come back and will tell every single person I know that smokes to not waste their money with a business that does not value paying customers!!!!! I left and went up the street to Nectar where I also have an account and they agreed that Green Planet was wrong bc they see different IDs all the time. THAT IS WHY YOU HAVE A BLACKLIGHT!!!! Your employees refused service after using the black light. They don't know how it works then…. LASTLY, HOW DID I CREATE AN ACCOUNT AT THIS LOCATION ONE MONTH AGO USING THIS SAME ID??? You are wrong and need to retrain your staff PERIOD – Heather
I’m not one to write reviews but when I feel like a review is absolutely needed. I will leave one in. This is one of those times. Every time I go into this location I always feel like I am bothering the workers because I’m making them have to work. They’re not friendly at this location and they talk bad about other locations Which I find extremely unprofessional. There’s a girl there that usually dresses an all black, an alternative girl, that is absolutely disrespectful towards customers, and she must not get reprimanded at all and continues to be disrespectful. I’ve had friends tell me that they have had issues with the same girl. I rarely come to this location and every time that I do, there is some kind of issue. – Emily McKown
