I had a very disappointing experience with Oregon’s Finest and feel it’s important to share for other customers, especially medical patients. Yesterday around 6:40 PM, I called the store to ask about a specific product (2g Focus North rosin). I was placed on hold for about 20 minutes. After hanging up, I called back about 10 minutes later and finally spoke with someone. I clearly explained that I am a medical patient and asked for the exact price out the door. The employee told me the product was $90, but with medical discounts it would come out to $60. I even emphasized that I live an hour away and would be driving specifically for that product, and asked her to double-check the price. She assured me of that total. Based on that information, I drove an hour to the store and arrived around 7:50 PM. When I arrived, the price was completely different and significantly higher. I explained the situation and asked to speak with the person I had talked to on the phone. I was told she was on break, and I waited while staff attempted to contact her. Eventually, the lead manager, Kaya, came out and confirmed that she was the one who gave me the incorrect price. While she did apologize, she refused to honor the price I was quoted even after I explained that I drove an hour based on that exact information. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or meet me halfway, the situation felt dismissed and handled unprofessionally. What’s most frustrating is that I was on hold for an excessive amount of time, I made it clear I was a medical patient, I explicitly asked for the correct price before making a long drive, and the incorrect quote came from a manager. Also, if a customer calls asking for a price, especially for a specific product, you should be getting up and checking the system to provide an accurate total, not guessing or estimating. Customers rely on that information, and in this case, it directly caused me to waste time and gas driving an hour for something that wasn’t honored. As a customer, especially a medical patient relying on accurate information, I expect better. Quoting prices without verifying them, and then refusing to take accountability when a customer acts on that information, is not acceptable. I hope management takes this seriously and improves both communication and customer service standards moving forward. – Jocelyn C

I was a loyal customer for 7 years and I thought I have seen prices skyrocket in the food industry but I was buying an oz of weed 4 months ago for 40 they ran out for about a month of the one strain I buy for pain and now it's 160 for the same weed I can say this within a 3 mile radius of the pearl location is more than 10 other dispensary that sell strains of weed that are equal or better still for $40 an oz so stop throwing your money away go somewhere else where you can buy 4 times the weed that is equal or better then pearls do the math 160 can buy you a 1/4 lb of weed or do you want to spend 160 on a oz of weed that's does the same job I pick the better for less myself my parents didn't raise a foul – scott
