I usually have no problems and love this store I have been coming in for years. I had an issue the last couple days buying the same cartridge, it wouldn't work. The first time I returned to everything was fine today I was met with a very unkind person who was trying to make the issue my fault like my battery was the issue i explained what had happened before and she was still not very nice . I have literally had to come back twice because of defective product. The least you could do is be nice instead of acting Like it's my fault that your product didn't work. Funny that when I got the new one, it worked. You need to work on your customer service I felt the need to check the product before leaving to make sure it worked and she thought she would yell at me in the parking lot . Well if u weren't so rude I probably wouldn't have felt the need to check it on camera so you couldn't call me a liar .. thanks Maggie I believe that's your name for my very first horrible experience and I hope your never working when I go in agian! – Nicole Casillas
