I don’t know who’s giving this place a five star. It feels very in and out. Very to the point Conversations are phony and i’ve seen an employee get reprimanded for taking “too long with one customer. I can feel they just want me out the door as quick as possible. Also, the variety is some of the most bottom of the barrel low-end variety I’ve ever seen on route nine. It’s the same stuff week after week and they took away most of their specials that made it even worth buying any of their BS. To be honest, the place seems like there’s no manager. It’s just a bunch of clueless kids that go. I’m the supervisor today. None of them have social managerial skills because I’ve run into many problems at the store and I’ve been met with very weird outcomes like being (legitimate scenario At this store) promised certain percentage off of my next order due to their screwup(which pathetically happens to me and my wife all the time), and then the next time I came in, they act clueless and almost accused me of lying. After many times, I’ve decided I am completely done with Nova farms and I’m writing this review to mitigate the 4.5 stars that it has because I have a feeling that has something to do with the corp owners in that store. These are phony false reviews because the store is not as glorious and glamorous as it seems on Google. I’ll give it a zero if I could. Good riddance nova🫡 – ArcHive
Nova Farms Framingham is a great shop. The store is clean, well laid out, and easy to browse without feeling crowded. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, and they’re always happy to help or answer questions without being pushy. Overall just a solid, comfortable spot with good vibes. Definitely recommend checking it out!! They also supply around the cheapest RSO on route 9! Always my go to spot for those! – Jack Dussault
Stop by Nova before heading home to get pot goodies . Super friendly staff helped me decide on what the best products were. Extremely clean store plenty with of parking thank you very much. Please know that you need to provide a state license in order to buy products and thre are limits as to how much recreational you can buy…. about 500 mg. – Art Fernandez
Their website sucks so how can you do a preorder when the website doesn’t work. The purpose of the preorder is to make it easier but this place dropped the ball. Hey just a suggestion fire your web designer they suck – David a Sousa
