Everyone who works here is so kind and lovely. I’ve never had to wait for anything it’s always quick and efficient! Also their 4/20 raffle was super fun and I won some cool stuff! – Eiryn Butler
Just in the Edina location, fantastic folks wish I remembered their names, but the chemo… Told them my (lack of) experience and what I was hoping to accomplish and they gave me great options. Much appreciated and I highly recommend them. – Brendan Higgins
Love this shop. The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly, great selection, reminds me of California shops – Britta Chatter
We happened to be driving by and flipped a quick U-turn to check it out. Turned out to be their first day open- amazing and knowledgeable staff with excellent customer service. Very excited to try everything out – Jax Brand
My experience at this dispensary has been consistently disappointing, and I can no longer recommend it. Despite approaching the staff with friendliness and patience, I was repeatedly met with dismissive and unprofessional behavior from nearly everyone except one employee. I placed an order for discounted items, only to have both orders cancelled without explanation. When I visited the store today to clarify the discrepancy between what was offered and what was cancelled, I was met by a regional manager whose approach was unexpectedly hostile. Rather than addressing the situation professionally, she spoke to me as though the store’s own errors were my responsibility. She raised her voice, insisted I was “making her uncomfortable” for calmly pointing out the inconsistencies, and stated that this would be the only time they would “accommodate” me — even though the mistakes originated from the store. At that point, I declined the discount entirely. It is disappointing to see a neighborhood business treat customers this way, especially when the issues being raised were legitimate and directly related to their own processes. When I asked the security guard, Benny, to confirm how often I’ve visited and supported the store, he laughed and said, “A lot of people spend money.” That response made it clear that customer loyalty and community relationships are not priorities here. I wish my experience had been different, but based on repeated interactions, I cannot recommend this location. I hope that they take customer service and communication more seriously moving forward. – Gabriel Rodriguez
