David and the store manager (I believe her name was Kristen) were both incredibly knowledgeable and approachable. I really appreciated how they asked questions to understand what I was looking for and then guided me accordingly. They also made sure I was aware of the current deals, particularly on pre-rolls, which helped me make a more informed decision and get the most value for my purchase. IF YOU ARE A MEDICAL PATIENT…. RUN FAR AWAY FROM HERE!! I am highly disappointed by my recent experience here as a medical patient. After leaving, I noticed a significant discrepancy on my receipt where the tax applied was much higher than the standard medical rate. When I returned to address the billing error, the customer service completely deteriorated. While I was attempting to resolve the issue with Matt, another employee, Ryan, became incredibly combative and passive-aggressive about the refund. He insisted that medical patients are subject to an 8% state tax—which is completely incorrect—and chose to stand there attempting to intimidate me while Matt and I finished the transaction. As a patient, I expect accurate billing and a respectful environment. The lack of knowledge regarding medical tax structures and the hostile attitude from staff are entirely unacceptable. I will not be returning and strongly advise other medical patients to double-check their receipts. – Tiger Euell
