I had a really disappointing experience with this dispensary. I called with a simple question about a strain I’ve tried to purchase multiple times, and I was genuinely confused because I’ve been given different answers each time about availability. While I was calmly trying to clarify, the staff member became short with me and ended the call abruptly while I was still speaking. It felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially considering I was just trying to understand my order. This is not the first time that I’ve been treated as an inconvenience and I was nothing but kind even tipped my first time, but i have been treated very poorly since. Good customer service matters (at least to me personally I don’t know about them) and this interaction left a very bad impression. One that made me want to leave this review because of poorly I was treated. Unbelievable. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning ever again. People choose cruelty over kindness these days and it’s honestly super disappointing. Especially when you’re expecting the service at a dispensary in which you use for medical purposes, to be at least somewhat peaceful. Please don’t work in customer service if you can’t handle customer service…it’s a disservice for everyone involved. Thank you. Have a blessed day. Update 5/2026: Below you will see that the “owner” responded and provided me with an email to explain my situation… well I have sent two emails now ever since this post was made and that email was provided, and i have yet to hear back. That in itself shows ALOT. I will never be giving either locations my business due to such poor customer service. Blessing in disguise honestly. If you participate in cannabis due to a medical reason or just even when you are seeking a certain “high”, i strongly do not advise you to go to here…the staff does not help and it is likely that you will be rushed. As mentioned above Customer Service is extremely important to me and something that I value personally and unfortunately, the quality out there now is just significantly poor and I will not continue to entertain the ones that do not care & are solely there for $…. Regardless of what type of business it is. It would shock you how much the world would change if we all just carried a little bit more care and loved a little bit harder. Thank you 😊 – MAC I
I have a few health issues that cause symptoms that make my days and nights horrible. The young lady that helped me listened and then suggested a few items that she felt would be a great benefit. She was very informative and seemed to genuinely care. It’s only be a few days but the items she suggested worked like a charm! I will definitely be going back to pay Ms. Lisa a visit before I run out of products!!! When visiting ask for Lisa and you won’t be disappointed. She is very knowledgeable about the products and how they can best assist you. She also has a beautiful smile and lovely personality. – Constance Young
ILLEGAL RAFFLE TICKET SALES. IF YOU PARTICIPATED IN THE ATV RAFFLE THIS SUMMER, FILE A CONSUMER COMPLAINT. This company promoted a raffle for a $10,000 ATV that they did not hold the title to. The rules on display were, for every mobile order placed you get one entry ticket. You could also buy tickets for $5 each. The raffle started in May. By the middle of June, Green Genie sent out a notification on the mobile app notifying shoppers that there were only two weeks left to get raffle tickets. Come July, they removed all information about the raffle from the store front, removed the container that held all of the tickets, and even the notification from the mobile app. I asked multiple employees about the status of the raffle, to which they straight up told me that they were still waiting on the title to the vehicle. I chatted with security guards every time I went into the store, and was once enlighten on how the raffle was a dumb idea because they haven't been able to sell anywhere near $10,000 in raffle tickets. So they pretty much would be taking a loss. How can you sell raffle tickets for something you don't even own? Even so, they had the ATV still on display up until about a week ago. I visited today just to see for myself if they still had the ATV and to get a status on the raffle. Security tells me, that they did the raffle and that "a lady" won, but no one had any other information. I asked when the raffle took place, he said "I don't know, but it had to go." How can you hold a raffle drawing without any witnesses and zero transparency to the public? This is unacceptable. I asked why wasn't anyone notified of the raffle taking place, to which the young lady at the front desk says, "The winner was called. What? You wanted to be notified that you lost?" I quickly, informed them that there are rules to holding a legitimate raffle and that I will be filing a consumer complaint. Certainly, I'm not the only person that found this raffle shady. – Natasha Johnson

This Home made us feel at home. Very spacious and cozy. We had a guest of 8 and it was perfect size. Greg and the team was Awesome with their hospitality with meeting our needs. It was located near all the festivities. Although, I was not comfortable with the area. But we had no problems. – Lamaine Lockhart
