This place is a scam. My fiancé went in (while I sat in the car) to purchase flower. When the staff put the flower in the bag, they swapped it out for a bottom shelf brand that’s half the quality/ price of what they charged. They charged $160 for the ounce that should have been $70.00 (price was listed in the package). Once we got in the car and he opened it, we went back and Lily was EXTREMELY aggressive, rude, dismissive and disrespectful. She would try her hardest to justify the scam and not rectify the situation. She also refused to contact upper management or the owner, Alvin even after multiple requests. I would never ever shop there again and I’m calling to get them reported 7/20/26 – UPDATE – per response below. I HAVE VIDEO PROOF AS WELL. The response below directly contradicts what the manager stated when he called to rectify the situation with my fiancé today. Either. You are apologetic or you stand behind your statement below. It can’t be both, though. All you have to do is go review the video footage of what occurred. I’m sure to will confirm my statement which I will continue to stand behind. They swapped out what he asked for, for pre-packaged flower of a lower quality and cost. 7/25/26 – UPDATE – per response below. Thank you very much.
