I've been to quite a few thc spots but I was really impressed with this one. It was my first time and I automatically got 35% off on top of the fact that they had amazing deals! Katelyn was super nice and knows her job very well. I got a lot of neat free for first timer and dude…. They give you a lighter too! You can't beat the prices they have. WORST dispensary I have ever shopped at in the entire state. I would urge you to shop ANYWHERE else. I’ve been an occasional (as I don't live super close by), but repeat customer here for quite some time, which makes this experience even more disappointing. The staff was not only unhelpful, but outright rude, and went as far as to accuse me of being dishonest over a minor issue on their end with my online pick-up order. That kind of treatment toward a long-term customer is completely unacceptable. What’s worse is that no one ever followed up to resolve the situation or even attempt to make it right, when I only obliged to leaving/ receiving a follow up from management at their insistence. I have also went as far as to send multiple emails to their main contact email online, after no management from this establishment bothered to follow up with me as promised. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic customer service is honestly shocking. This was a simple issue that could have been handled with respect and communication, but instead it was met with hostility and neglect. Deplorable service and a very poor reflection of how this establishment is run. I will seriously reconsider returning, and I would reconsider your choice to shop here too. They DO NOT deserve your business, especially if this is how they choose to treat their repeat customers.. Do yourself a favor and shop ANYWHERE else. – D Mo
