I especially want to shout out Dounya — she was incredibly helpful, patient, and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Terrible customer service when a customer comes into your location you should want to help them spend money. No hey I just got this in or ask questions like are you Indica or sativa do you like gas or fruity gees. Honestly disappointed with this location. It’s owned by the same people that own the other clinics , but somehow the other locations run way smoother. The staff here always seem unorganized, the vibe is off, and everything just feels sloppy compared to their other stores especially the Ypsi or RV shop. If they ran this place with the same energy AND professionalism as the other one, it could actually be great — but right now, it’s not even close. – Billy Yang
Grabbed some top shelf Payton Pie today for $35 an eight and it’s 8 months old. Bud tender with dreads was real cool. She recommended some fresh fire. Super disappointed in the full price “top shelf” Payton’s Pie though Old School Organics is usually premo – Raymond Finny
Went for my first time today and had a few items on there website already picked out, didn’t have so went in a different options great but he was rude, didn’t give my change, and said something about points next time sir give people the correct change back and I will tip more in future left a sour taste for me won’t be back – Brandon Wolf
