This place was pretty good. I’ve been coming since opening but it’s gone downhill. I’m not going to be shopping here anymore. Had me waiting for 30+ minutes in the main area, just to be told oh yeah you have an online order. So I waited for nothing at all. Wasn’t offered anything for the inconvenience. The employee’s attitude at the front was so nonchalant and carefree about my time. Basically insinuated that it was my fault for not knowing to go to the other door. That’s just in the store. Got home to see my eight of “Great” flower was nothing more than about a gram of smalls with shake for the rest… ridiculous. Hope scamming me out of the money for that was worth a loyal customer. They are also liars. See their reply below? The have never once tried to contact me to “make it right” gotta love the cookie cutter responses to try and justify their incompetence. – Rey Moya
