I really appreciate the strong deals here and love supporting a women-owned business. That said, I’ve had a few experiences that have made it difficult to continue shopping here. On multiple visits, wait times have been quite long—sometimes close to an hour—which seems to be due to limited staffing. I also noticed that purchase limits differ from other dispensaries in the area, which results in needing to complete multiple transactions. This adds to the overall time spent in-store and can be a bit frustrating compared to other locations. I decided to give them another try, but ran into a more significant issue. After leaving, I realized my ID had not been given back. I was contacted about an hour and a half later, which I appreciate, but because I live quite far away, returning to retrieve it required several additional hours of driving and a noticeable cost in gas. I asked if there was any flexibility in meeting partway, but that wasn’t possible from a management standpoint—though I do want to note that the staff member I spoke with was kind and did try to help within their limits. Overall, I think there’s a lot of potential here, especially with the pricing and ownership story. Improving staffing coverage, aligning purchase limits more closely with other dispensaries, and having a clearer process for situations like not giving back IDs would go a long way in improving the customer experience—especially for those traveling from a distance. – Soaring Dragon Enterprises

FireLight & Co. is hands down one of the best spots around. The moment you walk in, you can feel the good vibes. It’s comfortable, welcoming, and just has this really chill atmosphere that makes you want to stay a while. The staff is super friendly and really knows their stuff—they’re always there to help without making you feel rushed or pressured. Whether you’re new or you know exactly what you’re looking for, they make the whole experience smooth and easy. The product selection is top-notch too, with something for everyone.
