I have been a shopper at going green for many years now. I’ve been thinking about leaving this review for quite a few months. I have to say, the majority, not all, but most of the current staff needs to take another look at what professionalism and customer service looks like. The past few times I have been in, there have been multiple employees saying awful things about other employees. In a personal way, not just criticizing work performance. I’ve heard them talking bad on their suppliers, management and even customers who hadn’t even left the parking lot yet. I heard them openly talking about firing the unsuspecting sweet old lady that has worked there forever and laughing about it!!! I’m glad she’s still there!!! I’ve heard them a saying disgusting and inappropriate things about some of the young women employed there. Why is this talk happening in front of customers? Crazy! The red bearded man, the curly haired young man, and the super rude could not possibly be bothered to do her job dark haired woman that has her hair pulled back all time, are all especially nasty. Just because another employee is helping me doesn’t mean I can’t hear you. Management must be fully checked out, because this place has taken a horrible turn for the worst in the past couple of years and especially in the recent few months. You get the feeling just being around certain employees, that there are multiple egos running this establishment now. I used to feel like they wanted my business. I no longer feel that welcoming energy. They don’t keep my favorite products as consistently stocked as they have been for years. It’s always a hit or a miss. I have to shop other stores to find what I used to be able to get with one stop shopping at going green. It used to be at going green, you could count on a smile or even a hug with your buds. Not anymore. Honestly, with the unprofessional crap talking, not feeling welcomed, items not consistently in stock, the whole tip me and get out vibe…. it’s put me off the place. After so many negative experiences and witnessing other customers negative experiences I’ve decided. The deals, IF they’re in stock, just aren’t worth it anymore when you weigh it up against the lack of professionalism and decency. I don’t want negativity and hate with my weed. NO LONGER RECOMMEND. I love this place. Come here all the time and buy plenty of product. And always have great experience. This time not so much. I get this new brand of cart called verdant. And when I open the package the product was broken. I come back to the store with package and receipt to return and get a new one and the lady tells me she believe that it was broken when I left but her boss doesn’t and she can’t do anything for me. I ask to speak with her boss and she tells me to come back in an hour because she’s busy! Not busy enough to review the profit and accuse me of lying but too busy to tell me herself? Such bs! I live a half hour away and is part of the reason I’d didnt return it that night! 1 star – Elijah Muniz
Fantastic staff great selection for flour always reasonable some of the best bartenders in the business. I was short a couple dollars for an order not too long ago one of the bartenders didn't even hesitate to cover the balance for me went above and beyond for me. I purchased a card for white label Saturday ended up being defective came back 30 minutes later management took great care of me right away little to no questions asked I will always return here – RedWoodog541
