I'm a fairly new resident to this area, Native Roots Dispensary is new (to myself) & even posting a review is new for me as well. The element of 'newness' seems to be a reoccurring theme as of late, including how I do or view things; an event that resulted in the necessity of a wheelchair & its adaptation I'd say was the most significant: the presence of a new way of life Which segues to my being impressed by & with Native Roots' inclusion of a wheelchair lift mechanism. It was a really nice & thoughtful addition to their already welcoming store; credit my unaware dispo to not getting out much or what have you, but this the 1st of its kind to myself — i didn't realize they existed, & it functioned well. For the Most part… In fact 9 out of 10 or more times it functioned properly & well. There was just once where — to NO fault of Native Roots — it lost power i believe & i was stuck inside for relatively short period; the staff: Kyle & a female (I'm sorry, i forgot your name) where Very kind & kept me company & relaxed for the short time until their lift tech arrived, also very kind, & repaired issue no problem & it was back up & running in no time, really To my Surprise, Kyle also supplied me w/some GREAT freebies, totally unexpected but GREATLY Appreciated 5 Stars ALL Day Every Day to Native Roots & Staff! – Abiri Ben Israel
Koby or Colby was very rude even though I spent my extra time being nice. Got a dud, had to come back Sunday for refund More context: the person seems to have an issue managing conflict. While they was unable to assist there was a tone of contempt and was very unprofessional. – showing signs of bad training / recruitment as this is a very simple skill in customer relations. If you can’t shake the hands of your customers maybe don’t sell them products that they consume? Edit: Kyle the manager got me right. 5.0 now as Kyle is awesome and gave me an extra replacement. 😊 cheers and god bless Edit Edit: Colby / Koby seems to have retaliated against me; I am assuming he saw my review or they is going thru something right now. With that, today when I went to the store I told them point blank please I don’t want to do small talk, last time you dehumanized me. Obviously, that is quite a claim so, I gave them a bit of patience – herding them back to a respectful distance. I maintained curtesy throughout the engagement (please, thank you, submissive posturing, etc ) but they wanted to continue asking about my day ( I had told them please no small talk 3 times at this point). I explained one more time that they dehumanized me by not wanting to shake my hand (I never said I had to shake his hand but no thanks will I talk to someone about my life if they can’t even touch me, sorry nope 👎). They took this opportunity, to then say they felt uncomfortable completing the transaction and that I should come back the next day. Thankfully (and sorry I forget your name) the cool blonde woman who has always been nice jumped in and completed my purchase. She superseded kobys entitled attitude as without her, I would have been kicked out of the store and banned for the day (Koby seemed like he got caught, seems like when no one else is there he does this a lot to people… ) . Keep in mind I have tipped Koby directly (I.e. he was only one working that night, not direct direct still in the tip jar mind you) over 50$. I have tipped way more than that to this store in general. That is not a threat, I just like tipping and I don’t want my tips to goto someone who obviously has disdain for me. Won’t be back till I know they are under control. – Kyle Smart
I went in to this location for the first time and had a great experience. They were fast and friendly. Danielle helped me out and she was so nice and so helpful. She asked questions to help me find what I needed at the price that I was looking for. I really liked how their menu was set up. It helped to know what strain did what. And finally their prices are pretty reasonable. Will definitely be coming back – Brooklynn Rice
As somebody who has been living under a rock I had a few questions about new products and what the kids are up to these days. Kobi was great – had vast knowledge about the products offered and took the time to figure out what exactly I was looking for while also making my shopping experience super easy. Will definitely be back! – Trevor Fowler
Went in to grab some pre rolls to get me through until payday and was so excited to hear they were running a bogo deal. shoutout to Sabrina for helping me get what i needed at a reasonable price! only disappointment was the lack of indica flower selection but every other time i’ve been in its great service and good product :) – Zach Rose
