I am a medical cannabis patient living with chronic health conditions and disability, so both accessibility and clear communication matter to me. I contacted this dispensary to ask about pricing and quantity information that was not listed on Weedmaps. I explained my budget because I am on a fixed disability income and was simply trying to determine what products were within my price range. Instead of receiving an answer, I was told they “don’t have time to do everybody’s homework” and was accused of trying to get a discount. Asking for clarification about product availability, quantities, and pricing is a reasonable question, especially when the information isn’t available online. This is a medical dispensary serving patients with chronic illnesses and disabilities, and customer service should reflect that. What was most disappointing is that I had been a repeat customer and genuinely liked many of their products. However, the dismissive and passive-aggressive responses I received made it clear that patient concerns were not being treated with the level of respect and professionalism I would expect from a medical establishment. I would strongly encourage management to reconsider how they communicate with patients, particularly those who rely on medical cannabis as part of managing serious health conditions.
