My first visit to this location was awesome. I was not expecting to find a dispensary in the area with a good selection and greay employees. I came in looking for a specific product. The budtender Caryn was very informative about the products carried and even though what I was looking for was no longer in stock, she was able to help narrow down a few suggestions. I walked out happy with my purchase and will return in the future when I am in the area again. – Gabe David
I've had diarrhea more reliable and prompt than the service I received at this business. I placed an order for drive through pickup around 6PM, and received an email at 6:04PM that my order was ready for pickup. Arriving at 6:40PM, I waited in the drive through while I watched an employee eat chips, ice cream, and walk around the store numerous times for 20 minutes before I received service. Although the employee was kind and professional when speaking the prices are great, the product is wonderful, but the level of service was as abysmal as the economy currently is. – CV Wanderer

I live very close to this location and would like to see it be successful but the prices are still not comparable to what I get accross the border in Massachusetts. Additionally INSA keeps track of all of my rewards through my license which is show when making a purchase. Why did you set up a reward system that you need to sign up for? That is dumb as hell, everyone must show Identity before making purchase just link the rewards to Identity so much better and your customers will appreciate it. – Darren Gleason
