Toasty Dispensary Sacramento

Ive been going to Toasty for a while now and have always been happy with the service and the products ! Not to mention their prices are the best in Sac hands down. Today we went in and the line was HUGE but we waited because we dont really mind and then while we were checking out the Manager came up and handed us a thank you bag for being a loyal customer ❤️ made my day ! I asked the budtender what flavors they had of the cizi prerolls she told me they dont carry that brand, I said turn around they are directly behind you, she said oh I guess we do. Staff needs more training on products they carry – Trevor Miller

Jenna and Ari helped me on separate visits, they are very sweet, they dont rush me, they converse and have good vibes! I came late and they still gave me top tier service. Please also dont ever change the bags, i luv having a lil lunch baggie for my treats!! – Lauren Castanon

Didn’t even get to make a purchase because the security was so rude. I was fine with waiting, but his attitude was all off. The whole interaction verbatim *scans id* “Yall gotta wait.” “Oh how long?” *sighs* “until I’m done with their profile.” “Okay I’ll have a seat :)” “got cash?” “Hm?” “Yall got cash? We cash only.” There’s multiple atms in the lobby, the customer service was no where to be found. Go literally anywhere else. – brianna mulyck

There's a few things one should expect and demand from your local dispensary. 1. Line movement! We get everyone here is stoned – comes out to right about a minute and a half 1:30 of chit chat, customer service etc. outside the 5 minutes I've allotted to stand the line so 6:30 these kids don't even get close! 2-3 minutes Tops .and you're being rung out. 2.knowledge of product. Tenders tend true. They for the most speak on variety they experienced and 3. For the most, they try to close well and do. I'm still impressed.
