Sold me a defective dab pen that will charge but doesn't work with carts. I called to ask them about it, and they hung up on me immediately, since I've had such good experiences here before it was really confusing. Won't be going back, wasted my money for nothing, and I'm a little sad. Lovely staff, but I'm not sure you can trust the product. – J K
