Very knowledgeable, comfortable atmosphere place seems homey & they always have Blue Dream, which seems to be hard to find. One of my favorite things about 312 is the window, that frames all those gorgeous plants, makes me smile everytime I leave. Also great place to buy $5 gram joints. The woman I go to, works in the evenings, she is pleasnt & fun to chat with. I'm always happy to see her. I wish I could remember her name, my apologies to her if she reads this. – Frances DuPuis

Everytime I go into this place its awesome. I have 2 chronic illnesses and they never fail to make sure I leave with there best recommendations.
