Afi is a great worker! Revived my order promptly and always nice greeting customers and keeping good convo. However the front worker Spanish woman is rude as hell and always on her phone and acts like you aren’t There! On top of that the company cheats you on what you’re paying for. I’m only leaving 3 stars cause Benny is the MAN! Every time I come in it’s great vibes- but I can’t do all 5 because I came in for 7g of shake and the blonde lady gave Benny the wrong bud(3.5 of buds). I had to drive ALL the way back and it was annoying. This not only disrupts the flow of service, but also inventory. And Benny repeated the order to her so I don’t know how she got it wrong today. Any time I come in, she’s just talking WAY too much as if there’s not a line. I’m all for customer service, but no shade I’m instantly annoyed anytime I see she’s the one working. Benny, ( and the dude at the desk rn – I always forget his name), and the two Spanish girls are always the TOP employees when I go. Benny def needs a promotion though, because his energy is a VIBE and he’s knowledgeable as hell when it comes to the brand and what you’re looking for. But get that lady out the back/off registers cause shes too focused on trying to make an impression that she’s messing up orders all of the time.
