Nice clean facility and friendly staff. However, when I’m paying top-shelf prices, I expect top-shelf quality. The flower I purchased was labeled “Top Shelf” but had packaging dates going back to 12/5/2024 and 1/29/2025. This place is rad! I loved the SJ location but having this one way closer to my house makes me very happy. Very roomy store, the staff is friendly and quick to help. Prices are good too, and there’s something for everyone’s budget – E. Garcia

Big beautiful store prices are pretty high so the taxes. There's a store off Central ave.Just passed Berkeley, where the prices are about 20% cheaper for a senior citizen. I think it's called the five star three star club something like that – Dan Mcgreevy

It seems impossible to know what you are going to pay here. Either they're rounding up to the nearest $10 and then giving you change making it impossible to pay if you only have exact change, or they're changing the price when you get there. I was qouted $24.64 online and then when I come all the way down to Redwood City they tried to up charge me about $2 on a cash charge. They first tried to tell me that they're not giving me an early bird discount because my order doesn't qualify. So I had to get out my phone to show him that's not what I'm asking for. I was just asking to be charged what I was originally charged and then he said he didn't know what was going on but he'd "give it to me". I guess I have to just be happy that this guy was kind. Just go to a local sesh this corporate weed thing has reached it's potential. – Laura Merrill
