Beautiful shop – ugly personalities working and running it. Customer service was terribly rude and when I spoke with the manager he enabled the bad behavior by beginning his response with “Well, ma’am you don’t know any of the employees or what they might be going through today.” I wasn’t expecting him to reprimand her in front of me, that’s inappropriate. I did at least expect that he would apologize and try and make it right by helping me find what I was there for. Instead, he poured behind him and said I could pick up my order there. Only the order pickup wasn’t where he pointed and he had to actually take a minute to show me. Whomever reviews your video feed should be able to look up the event and see the body language from the disengaged manager and the rude employee. Most comfortable experience yet! Yes, you gotta get your ID checked, but the whole set up from beginning to end was right on point. The staff does not follow you around or harass you, but when needed they have tons of information. I've never seen such a vast variety of everything from flowers to edibles to even rubs, salves, pills, tablets, drops and even bath stuff. I felt like a "kid in a candy store". VICTOR was amazing and helped me figure out what else I can explore. This place reminds me of an electronics store where all the displays are on "display only" and set up in Kiosk-style layout. I hear music in the background and the mood ID set. If you ain't been here yet, you missin out!!!!!!! – Wilma Thomas
