I’ve been to Top Level four different times, having always purchased something new when I visited. Each time, I’ve been assisted by staff who take the time to answer questions I have about their wide variety of products, and their recommendations are always on point. I don’t waste my time with delivery anymore. Whenever I need to buy more goodies, I know where I’m headed. I have and will continue to recommend to my friends. P.S. When you look up the reviews for shops in the DC areas I am always a skeptic. However I can say these flawless reviews do not give the customer service justice. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and went out of there way to find the product I was seeking in the back.
