love this place! They have a great variety of products and the staff is always super friendly. The drive-thru is a huge plus and so convenient! Delivery can be a bit unreliable through the app they use. My address has gotten mixed up a couple of times, and the order ended up at the wrong location. Because of that, I’ve found it easier to just swing by the All Greens location myself. One time, I waited all day for a delivery to show up and I placed the order the evening before. Hopefully it will improve because I would def be purchasing more often if I could have it delivered. (Make sure the vape batteries work before you buy them.) the last one I purchased doesn’t work) :-( Other than a few things this is by far my favorite dispensary in Arizona. – Elle Steiner
Very rude customer service here. They charged me for the wrong items. This was a small mistake on the employees part. However even though it was a small mistake, they were not able to remedy it. On this day I was not able to enter the store so I made my order through the drive through. They charged me for the wrong items. And did not give me the items I had requested. At first they told me I could not get my money back because it was wrung out. Then I was told I would have to go inside. After I explained that I was not able to come inside and that is why I went through the drive through the manager finally voided the transaction. I wasn’t sure as to why this hadn’t been done rite away. The transaction should have been voided because it was incorrect. It had items on it that I didn’t give my money to purchase. She also refused to sell me the items that I originally asked for. She would not sell me the correct items after the employees mistake. I asked why because it did not make any kind of logical sense. Why not fix the mistake that the employee had made? If the transaction could be voided and rerung correctly why would they refuse to do so?? It was a small mistake on their part. It was very odd that they didn’t want to correct the issue. The manager could not given me any reasons. I asked why again and she refused to give any insights. Maybe she just didn’t want to??? I’m not sure because she did not give any answers. Very rude employee. Generally I have had good experiences here until this happening. I will skip on coming here. If I’m not as mobile that day or if I have my pets with me I will have someone else assist me and not even try the drive through here. I see from the other comments that others have been mischarged and given the wrong product here before along with other issues. Perhaps I was lucky this was the first time I had a bad experience. At least I didn’t make it all the way home before realizing they were trying to give me the wrong product. I am not sure that they even would have given me my money back if I hadn’t caught it before I left. Originally I was told they could not give me my money back even though i wasn’t given what I asked for. No one likes rude employees that don’t remedy small mistakes that have obvious solutions. I would not suggest shopping here as they are extremely inaccurate with their own information. The website is not up to date with pricing, shelf reserves are not marked, deals on the special page expired weeks ago. There's other dispensaries that are not that far. Go to one of those. Attached photos for proof. No shelf listed on strawberry kush, and the deal they have not updated, noted limitations or restrictions. update: while i appreciate the response, i watched as my mother pay for products in the drive thru, notice the price difference, go in to get it corrected, just to be given the excuse of shelf limits. so your response is just plain inaccurate, as the situation has already arisen and you in fact did not honor the deal. $40 for an 8th of Reggie is crazy. I went during the night owl special and didn’t get the 20% off either. I went through the drive thru and some chick goes “omg your breaks are very loud they hurt my ears” LMFAOOOOOOO oooookaayy??? you work in a drive thru I’m sure it’s not the first. Hahaha. I also found hair in my wax a while back and yall had the nerve to say you MIGHT be able to refund it if I drove all the way back when I literally had no gas. MIGHT… bogus dispensary. Went there Friday and bought 2 half ounces when I got home to see the info on the label it was harvested in 2023 and I don’t think it’s was any good looks moldy . How can they sell old weed not too happy with this place – jesse linares
