First time delivering via dutchie. Horrible experience, first they called me and left a VM to cancel delivery or if I could wait to tomorrow they didnt share a call back number or a time frame. Finally found they're number called 3xs went to a VM box thats full. Called the next morning, someone picked up but said they would transfer me and it just sent me to a full mail box. I called the same store number again (3x) and now they are not answering. Horrible experience and stressful, if I would have known it would be like this I would have just waited for my local dispensary to open. Worst thing is they suggest you can cancel but there is no options or ability to…. Update: ladies called me back and were incredibly nice and apologize. When they called me back they helped me with their contact details where the original male did not. Once everything was cleared up it was a great experience just took longer than expected – X T

First time checking out this place and it was awesome! The people were amazing and showed me a lot of different varieties during the First Friday Event. I’m new to all this so the fact that they took the time to teach me was very appreciated. Melissa was such a sweetheart and I appreciate everything she did for me during my visit. Went here a couple times. Really appreciated the land race strains. However, last night went to pick up some of the white widow, a strain we have gotten here before. It smelled like hay and tasted like fish on the exhale. I offered to bring the bud in so they could dispose of it properly and was hoping to get a significant (50% -60%) of my reorder as I don't have a lot of money to spend after already spending 100$ on fishy flower. When we went to return it we parked and called in to explain the situation. After going around in circles the best she could offer was 20%off or sit in the parking lot for 3 hours and wait for another manager. This experience was a complete turnoff and a red flag. We are returning customers with no history of complaints. I have personally never had bud that tastes like fish. They may use some type of fish fertilizer or something cause vaping the bud was an unpleasant experience. For now 1 star review and we'll see if the situation gets resolved. Selling fishy weed could be unhealthy. Update. I checked the harvest date and called back. The lady I spoke with told me it's a common practice there to sell weed harvested over a year old. The GM only offered me 20% off again. He smelled a different batch (not mine) and said it smelled fine. If you value fresh and properly cured flower and honest business owners with integrity I would avoid this place at all costs – Dary Williams

I come to All Green’s all the time and it’s always a great experience. The products are consistently good, but what keeps me coming back is the service. Kanisha is the BEST—she always greets me with a smile, remembers what I like, and makes every visit easy and enjoyable. Hands down the best customer service in the dispensary.
