Altius Dispensary

Like most dispensaries this place is usually well stocked. Always has good deals. The staff is friendly and always make sure an elevated experience is there. Very knowledgeable with the products. The rewards program is pretty awesome. But the best part…DOG FRIENDLY! So of course my dog comes with because why not. – Joshua F

Usually stocked. Staff is nice. Only had one issue and the manager I was emailing handled the situation above and beyond of what I expected! Thank you. 5 stars if Security didn't need improvement. Last one almost had me walk out because he smelled so bad. (Sunday morning) Another security guard makes my family super uncomfortable /annoying. I have visited every dispensary in the area, so I know what the standard is. – K Brummitt

I had someone go to the store for me looking for a specific pen (for sleep); they didn’t have it in stock so we were told to order online for pick up. 2 days later I placed the order as instructing by staff. I immediately received confirmation of the order; per the email I would be contacted when the order was ready. Here we are 6 days later, no communication on the order. I call and I’m told there is no order, then I am told orders placed are automatically cancelled same day. Cancelled with no call, text or email communication. The 2nd person said you can’t make online orders and yet I did and I have confirmation. Now to the staffs point apparently on the site it says that orders are cancelled by 9pm; but it requires me to go searching for the information when the information is not available in the communication to me the order is placed. This is very disappointing. – chonelle jefferson
