Is this a joke? They stated legal 420 outside and there was no weeds in there. It was just hemp.and expensive. I bought the disposable thcA. It wasn't working well and i brought back to seek for an exchange. They said i have open it , so no exchange So if i do not open it, how would I know it wasn't working. This is insane. I do not see any license in there showing this is a weed store or tobacco store. There is no licenses. – hmet A
