As soon as I saw an email about Amnesia, I sure remembered how you made me feel. There’s no shortage of dispensaries to choose from. Update: the only response I got was “lol”, which seems incredibly unprofessional. I’ll go to one of the many other dispos around that actually stand behind their products and replace bad ones. I bought a vape on Sunday. I don’t use a vape often so I had only used it about three or four times when it suddenly stopped working after a few hits on Thursday night. I went in to see if they would replace it and I was told they only replace them within two days of purchase. This is ridiculous. I opened it to make sure it worked on Sunday and then didn’t use it again for a day or two. Two days is ridiculous. The return policy needs to provide some actual grace for defective products. To top it all off, despite the fact that it was happy hour and the budtender told me she could give me 30% off because of the issue, she didn’t. After the fact, she told me it wasn’t eligible because the price was recently lowered. The rules seem to change every time I’m in there. I was there Sunday at 3:45 and was told they don’t do happy hour on Sunday even though the sign says every day. This is the second location I’ve had issues with and it might be the last location I ever go to if this isn’t fixed. Not to mention, the weird door that doesn’t even open all the way made me drop my phone and hurt my arm on my way out. – A

They have very good cartridges but some of the Cannabis ain't very good we bought this yesterday and it's supposed to be a couch lock but it tasted like mold we couldn't even smoke it I still have it I was very disappointed sorry – Elda Rubi

Bad dispensary, they sell fake products (mainly carts), and some of the staff are really weird. PurLife has better prices and product anyways lol you’re better off going there. – Jimmy John
